Repair of terracotta facings

The use of terracotta for architectural facings was short-lived, which makes this type of building unique. The restoration of terracotta elements is quite complex and requires specific expertise. The project earned St-Denis Thompson and Martin, Marcotte, Beinhaker Architectes the Commercial Heritage Award 2012 given by the City of Montreal.
